Add Furnitue Returns Policy
1. CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF GOODS - Orders may be cancelled or altered only with the written consent of the company: Goods made to special order (PERSONALISED ITEMS) cannot be cancelled. A handling charge of 30% of the RRP invoice value is made on any goods cancelled or returned with the prior written agreement of Add Furniture Ltd. Any goods that have been made to order cannot be returned, it is unlikely that these goods could be resold to another customer, or if a buyer could be found, the goods would have to be resold at a greatly reduced price. If you have purchased a product that is stock related and there is a problem with the goods, then please tell us when you cancel. You are responsible for the costs of the return unless our driver can return at source and then a 45p per mile from the collection point to our warehouse will also be added to the cancellation charge. If You need to cancel Restricted Goods for any reason, this can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. If accepted, charges may apply to cover any costs incurred. If a cancellation is possible after 24 hours, Add Furniture Ltd will charge a cancellation fee as it is unlikely that we could resell Restricted Goods to another customer.
1.2 Refused deliveries for Restricted Goods are not eligible for credit. Our usual refund policy does not apply to Restricted Goods, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
1.3 Goods agreed for return must be returned in their original packaging within 10 working days, unused, unassembled, and suitable for resale. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. You shall be, unless otherwise agreed by us, responsible for the cost of return and restocking as outlined in paragraph 1 above. Goods returned shall remain at your risk until receipt of the goods by the manufacturer. Where it has been agreed that You arrange the return delivery, the proof of return will remain with You.
1.4 If the value of the Goods returned by You is diminished by any amount because of the handling of those Goods by You, we may recover that amount from You up to the Contract price. We may recover that amount by deducting it from any refund due to You or require You to pay that amount direct to us.
1.5 We shall after all considerations above, refund you your entitled funds after all deductions have been taken into consideration approximately 15 working days after the full return of the goods to their specific manufacturer and their placement of work.
