ORDERS

All orders are only accepted in writing and must clearly state the product, colour and quantities required. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in dispatch if we are waiting for information to be confirmed on your order.

LEAD TIME

We endeavour to hold stock of products, however, these are subject to availability. Please ensure you check current stocks with our office prior to placing your order. All other models are available in 15 working days (including Silver frame).

DELIVERY

We offer a tailgate delivery, for others to offload, within our estimated delivery lead times to mainland UK, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Special delivery requirements must be discussed at the time of ordering.Outlying areas with the following post codes prefixes MAY incur additional charges: AB,DD,DG,EH,EX,FK,G,IP,IV,KA,KW,KY,LL,NR,PA,PH,PL,SA,SY,TA,TD,TR,TQ If your delivery needs to be booked this should be clearly stated at the time of ordering and a contact name and number provided. Please note: dedicated delivery days or timed deliveries may incur additional charges. If no one is available at the time delivery is made redelivery charges may be passed on to you.

VAT

All prices are subject to VAT.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES

Notifications of shortages or damages must be advised on your delivery note at the time of delivery & you should contact our office immediately. Delivery notes signed 'unchecked' are not accepted under any circumstances.

WARRANTY

We offer a 3 year guarantee, excepting fair wear and tear or neglect or misuse of our furniture while in situ. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product before making any decisions regarding a possible repair or replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations and returns will not be accepted without our written consent. Goods that may be accepted for return will automatically attract a minimum 25% restocking charge, plus the appropriate collection charges.Delivery charges are non-refundable.

COLOURS

We cannot be held responsible for rejected items where customers have not requested colour swatches prior to ordering, or where customers have not made clear their colour requirements.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

The ownership of the goods will remain with Add Furniture Ltd until such time that payment has been received and cleared in full.
